Overall, my stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were bright, spacious, and well taken care of, offering a good selection of food. The service provided by Enrique, Francesco, Gema, Rita, and Zoilta was outstanding, making me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the charming Puerto de las Nieves with delicious seafood options. The dining experience was amazing with a great variety of buffet food. However, the occasional lack of hot food was a slight downside to an otherwise excellent stay.
